Shipping Policy

Shipping Time ( 10-15 business days)

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. The main methods of shipping and approximate delivery time are as follows:

Free ShippingFree for orders over $59.99 (included);

Standard Shipping$6.99 postage for orders under $59.99 (not included);

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch around 2~3 working daysafter the order is placed.
  • Shipping Time: normally 10-15 business days

orders placed after 6 pm CST will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Friday 6pm CST are shipped on or before the following Tuesday.

Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay for logistics delivery even expedited shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Processing Time

What is the processing time?

The item's processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 48 hours for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-3 days to process and dispatch.

lt is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
